Do I need Therapy?

Pursing counseling services is a big decision, and a huge step to becoming the best version of yourself. We believe that everyone at some point in their life could benefit from counseling services.

What insurances are accepted?

We have therapists who accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and United Healthcare (Optum).

How many sessions will I need?

Number of sessions varies for each client and counseling is tailored to each individual as needed. Some might need as little as a few sessions while others might need counseling for an extended period of time.

Who receives counseling?

Counseling is for anyone, whether you are going through an emotionally stressful time or need clarification about a life situation. 

Do you have a late cancellation fee? 

Yes, we have a late cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hrs notice, you will be charged $50 late cancellation fee.

How can I cancel my appointment? 

You can call, text, or email your therapist, to let them know you need to cancel with more than 24 hour notice.
